Finding the right part
How do I identify the interior trim part I need?
Use the part number stamped or moulded on the back of the piece you are replacing, or search the catalog by your VIN-level trim code and vehicle. Interior trim is often colour- and trim-level specific: two pieces that look identical in a photo can differ by colour code, by speaker cut-out, or by whether the car has a sunroof. Send us a photo of the label side if the number is worn off.
Are these interior parts genuine OEM or aftermarket reproductions?
Each listing states which it is. Genuine parts are supplied in factory packaging with the manufacturer part number on the label. Reproduction pieces are manufactured to the same shape and mounting pattern and are listed with the OEM number they replace, so you can compare them directly against the part you are removing.
Will a seat cover or door panel fit my specific trim level?
Fitment depends on three things: body style, seat type (manual, power, heated, sport bolster) and trim colour code. The product page lists the models and year ranges we have confirmed. Where a listing covers several trims, the difference is usually the side the controls sit on or the presence of a lumbar dial. Check those before ordering.
My vehicle is not listed. Can you still source the part?
Usually yes. Our catalog shows what is currently in our US inventory, not everything our suppliers can obtain. Send the VIN or the part number together with a photo of the damaged piece and we will check availability, lead time and price before you order.
Shipping and delivery
What delivery time should I expect?
In-stock interior parts leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Ground transit is typically 3-7 business days in the contiguous United States, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned. Oversized items such as full seat assemblies travel by freight and are scheduled by phone.
At what order value does shipping become free?
Free standard shipping applies to orders over $58 shipped inside the contiguous United States. Below that amount the carrier rate is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Freight-class items and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted separately.
Can you ship interior parts to Canada or overseas?
Our checkout accepts US addresses only. For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international destinations, email us the part numbers and the full address and we will quote freight and confirm that the carrier will accept the package before you pay.
Orders, returns and warranty
Can I still change my order after checkout?
Yes while the order is still in the picking queue. Email us the order number and the change you need and we will confirm by reply. Once the parcel has left the building the address cannot be altered, and a seat assembly already booked with a freight carrier has to be re-booked, which adds a day or two.
What if a trim piece arrives cracked or the colour is wrong?
Photograph the packaging and the part before you fit anything and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Transit damage and wrong-colour shipments are replaced or refunded at our cost, including return freight. Please do not attempt to repair a damaged panel first, because that limits what the carrier will accept as a claim.
Are electrical interior parts such as switches and modules returnable?
Window switches, seat memory modules, heater control units and airbag-related components can only be returned unused and in their sealed original packaging, because once plugged in they cannot be resold as new. This is stated on the relevant product pages. The general return window is 30 days from delivery for eligible items.
Do you sell complete seat assemblies or only covers and foam?
Both, depending on what is in stock. Full assemblies are listed with the seat type and side, and they ship by freight. Covers, foam, heaters and frames are listed individually so you can rebuild an existing seat without replacing the whole unit.
Do you offer trade pricing for body shops and detailers?
Yes. Repair shops, restoration houses and resellers ordering multiple pieces can request a quote. Send the part numbers and quantities and we will reply with tiered pricing and an estimated dispatch date. Trade orders are invoiced to the business name you provide.
How do I get a receipt or a tax invoice?
A confirmation email is sent automatically at checkout, and the receipt is attached to the dispatch email. If you need a copy, or the invoice has to carry a business name or tax ID, send us the order number and we will reissue it the same day.
Is there a warranty on interior trim and upholstery?
Coverage follows the manufacturer warranty where one exists, and we pass it through and help you file the claim. We do not add our own separate warranty. Wear items such as leather covers, foam cushions and floor mats are normally excluded once they have been installed and used.
Why do two listings for the same panel carry different prices?
They are different parts. The common causes are trim colour code, the presence or absence of a speaker or tweeter cut-out, left versus right hand drive, and genuine versus reproduction supply. Compare the part number on each listing with the number on the piece you are removing before deciding.
Can I match the colour of my existing interior exactly?
Interior colours are identified by a factory code, not by a name. Photographs on screen vary with lighting, and a beige from one model year is not the beige of another. Give us the trim code from the vehicle identification label and we will confirm which colour code the part is, rather than guessing from a picture.
Do the parts come with the mounting clips and screws?
Only where the manufacturer supplies them as part of the assembly, which is stated in the product description. Clips, retainers and screws are frequently one-time-use items that break on removal, so if the listing does not mention hardware, plan on ordering a clip kit with the panel.
How should I store a panel before installation?
Keep it flat, out of direct sun and away from anything that can press a shape into the surface. Upholstery and soft-touch panels take a permanent set if they are leaned against a wall or stacked under weight, and heat makes the foam and adhesive soften. Fit the part as soon as you can after delivery.
Full delivery and return conditions are on our Returns & Shipping page.
