A listing covers the console housing with the lamps, or the housing alone where the lamps are supplied separately.
A console is replaced when a lamp has failed and cannot be changed separately, when the switch has broken, or when the housing has cracked at the mounting screws. Because the console is screwed into the roof lining and the roof structure, a loose console usually means the mounting points have torn, which is why the whole unit is replaced rather than repaired.
Match by roof configuration. A console for a vehicle with a sunroof carries the sunroof switch and has a different shape from one without, and a console with rear climate controls carries additional wiring. Colour from the trim code. Confirm the lamp type and the connector in the listing photographs.
